I’ve had the privilege of calling Portland home since the early 1990s and witnessing its evolution from a tucked-away Pacific Northwest city into the vibrant, dynamic region it is today. Portland - and its surrounding communities - are deeply personal to me. Each neighborhood, suburb, and micro-market carries its own culture, rhythm, and value, and understanding those nuances is something that only comes from decades of living and working here. It’s what I love most about this city and what allows me to guide clients with genuine local insight.
I’ve worked in the Portland real estate industry since earning my license in 2005, navigating multiple market cycles - from booming growth to the challenges of the Great Recession, and everything in between. Early in my career, I learned the importance of adaptability, education, and doing things the right way. During the market downturn, I expanded my expertise by working at a national title and escrow company, gaining a deeper understanding of the transaction process from every angle. When I returned to full-time real estate, I did so with a broader perspective, a stronger knowledge base, and a renewed focus on serving clients with integrity and clarity.
Today, I pride myself on working closely with my clients’ goals and keeping them firmly in control of the process. My role is to be a steady, informed advocate - helping YOU identify the right opportunities, negotiate thoughtfully, understand each step, and move from start to finish as seamlessly as possible.
I measure success not by sales numbers or industry accolades, but by the trust of happy, repeat clients and lasting relationships. Not all agents are created equal, and I believe experience, perspective, and principled guidance make all the difference.
